Glove sizes are usually expressed in oz (ounces). Here's a quick guide:

• 8 oz – 10 oz: small gloves, ideal for competition

• 12 oz – 14 oz: perfect for training

• 16 oz: recommended for sparring

Standard delivery takes between 2 and 5 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is provided after each order.

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return a product if it does not suit you. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
